My Name is Lalita and I was born and live in Thailand. I am at the moment 11 years of age and was introduced to piano music when I was 4 years old when Santa left me a small keyboard in my Xmas stocking. Later I got a larger keyboard and still later I got the electric piano that I have now for Xmas from my Dad. Since then it has become my close friend and I spend a lot of my time playing with it. Of course I have given it a name - Piano - (very unique isn't it) - who has a nameless friend after all?
Anyhow, I am trying to improve my performance all the time and hope one day to be able to play very well. Posting and watching clips on YouTube is helping me with that and I am now enjoying very much making new friends with the same interests as I have.
Country: Thailand
Interests and Hobbies: I love natural things and animals and I have a hamster that I have named (of course) Godziller, I like reading most of all (apart from my piano) and have lots of books; Nature and all of the amazing things that are and have been in the world are my favourite subjects, Going to the Zoo is a mixture of enjoyment and distress for me because though I love to see all the animals it pains me to see them locked up in cages and I sometimes see the sorrow in their eyes and it makes me sad.
Films and Shows: I have many movies on VCD and DVD - nature, action, concerts, super heroes (Superman, Spiderman, Batman among them)... What's life without a few Super Heroes after all ... and I like to watch them on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon. I never watch them during the week because I don't have time after homework and piano practice. I hate TV and never ever watch it. In fact my family doesn't have a TV connection of any kind.
Music: Classical music is my favourite I think... I'm not a Rock and Roll, Jazz or Country and Western girl... But I love Barry Manilow, The Bee Gees, Moody Blues, Englebert and also Pavarotti, Demis Roussos and Julio Iglesias, and have quite a few of their concerts on DVD.
Books: Certainly NOT mathematics or Physics or Chemistry that's for sure.
